What is Labor Day?

The form for the celebration of Labor Day was outlined in “The first proposal of the holiday: A street parade to exhibit to the public “the strength and esprit de corps of the trade and labor organizations,” followed by a festival for the workers and their families.”

Work Ethic

I can recall as a young adult hearing people say “I don’t want my child to go through what I had to go through”. What a disservice in my opinion.
Do you now like yourself? Are you not a hard worker, respectful and thorough person because of it?
I watch teens walk around half dressed, I watch young women on talk shows talk about how they get a man to give them anything they want and I see children out in public “demanding”. I shudder when I hear parents excuse their behavior.
